Cancellation Policy

At Origin Speech Therapy, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and clients may need to cancel or reschedule their services.

Cancellation process:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your therapist directly.

Cancellation fees:

Cancellation fees depend on the time of the cancellation.

• Cancellation with at least 24 hours notice: No fee.
• No-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee charged.

Please note that this is a guidance policy; the final decision on cancellations and fees is at the therapist's discretion.
